Tulip Festival

This last Tuesday we went to Thankgiving Point for the Tulip Festival. We had a great time. We were greatful that Jenny, Zoey and Dalyn could come with us!

The waterfalls there are beautiful!

The kids loved throwing things into the water and racing them down the stream.

The flowers were beautiful. We started to count all the red flowers but Miles told me there were too many to count!!!

Luke's favorite thing was the children's maze. We also saw the Adam & Bri VanSleeuwen. Their little guy Brody is getting so big!

I would have to say that we PICKED the right day to go!!!!

We had a great time. We are sure glad that we were able to spend a beautiful day outside. Enjoying some of the beautiful things God has given us!

St. George for our Anniversary!!!!

We had a great time in St. George. Mark took me to The Painted Pony for dinner our first night. Which is a very nice place. The weekend was a blast. It was just enough time to get away for a while!

Us on our Hot night out!

Mark rented a house for us to stay at. It had 3 bedrooms, a pool and was right on the golf course. Very nice!!!

We took a tour at the St. George vistors center. Did you know that Ubank's is serving there. Well he is. They also have some way cool statues that a lady made in about 5 years. She is amazing because they were amazing. If you get a chance you should check them out!!!

Here is St. George. It was so nice while we were there. Ubank told us to enjoy because it was going to be cold when we got home, and it was!!!
Thanks to Ralph and Martha,Ben and Jenny and Lorna for helping us out while we were gone!!!

Blue and White Game

This weekend was the Blue and White game at BYU. We always go down to see the new players. This year they had a clinic for the kids. They got to go on the field for about 40 minutes before the game and run some drills with the players. The kids had a blasted. Mark says that this years team is looking pretty good! Only 4 more month to go!! I hope Mark can handle it.

Luke enjoyed the cotton candy the most!

The lines were long but worth the wait!

After we took the kids to run the hill.

Taylor looking all cute ready to watch the game.

Drew had a hard time sitting and watching the game.

Mark loves this game, it's like the warm-ups to the season.

Taylor showing off her football skills

Good thing that isn't a person they would be in trouble if Miles was after them!

Zoo!

We went to the Zoo for our last fun thing before we went back on track. It was fun, a little cold. But all the animals were out doing something so they were fun to look at. Luke and Drew loved the train and Taylor and Miles enjoyed the playground. It was a great day out!

I'm the only one that can get in trouble with the police for giving out banana bread!

Last night the kids and I made some banana bread and took it to the new people in our ward. After we visited with them longer than I had planned I asked them who else they wanted to take banana bread too. We would hurry and run it to their houses. We had gotten our neighbors mail and needed to take it to them. So we drove over there, but they weren't home. So we thought we would also take some to the neighbors that are right across the street from them. They didn't look like they were home either and it was getting late. So we just walked over there leaving our car at the first neighbors house. Well they were home and had us come in and visit for a while. I had told them that we had gotten the neighbors mail and tried to take it to them but thought they might be out of town. They didn't think that they were out of town. So I said well we better go because my car is in their driveway. As we were getting on our shoes Taylor looked out the window and said "There's a police car out there." I ran out and to let them know it was just me and that I was just bring them some banana bread to them! By the time I got there they knew it was my car but were very scared that something had happened to me. Because my purse was till in the car and I was no where to be found. We all had a big laugh. I don't think that I'll be parking in any one's driveways anymore!

Conference weekend in Fairview!

We went to Fairview this weekend. The kids loved being in the mountains. We got to watch conference and play with cousins! It was a blast!

Savannah was so nice to let Taylor do her hair. They wore the hair the same that day!

Everyone thought the fire was awesome. They all got a stick and poked the fire. (That only lasted a minute or two, it got a bit dangerous)

Before the last session of Conference we stopped at the park before the long ride home. Which was good because everyone fell asleep on the way home and I was able to listen to Conference!

Leita had a hard time deciding what to play on next.

Drew had been asking the whole time we were there if we could go to the playground!

Savannah digging away!

They had the best slides there!

Taylor and Miles loved the tire swing

Super heros

Luke had friends over and had a great time playing dressing up!
